1. USER INFORMATION

DIASTONE S.L., hereinafter the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY, is responsible for processing the User’s personal data and informs them that these data will be treated in accordance with the provisions of current regulations concerning the protection of personal data, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) relative to the protection of natural persons with respect to the treatment of their personal data and the free circulation of these data. Therefore they are provided with the following treatment information:

Purpose of the treatment: to maintain a commercial relationship with the User. The operations planned in the treatment are:                  

– Sending-of advertising commercial communications, provided these have previously been approved, by email, fax, SMS, MMS, social communities or any other electronic or physical means now or in the future that enables commercial communications to be made. These communications will be made by the CONTROLLER and will be related to their products and services or those of their collaborators or suppliers with whom a promotion agreement has been reached. In such a case, the third parties will never have access to the personal data.

– Performance of statistical studies.

– Processing of commissions, requests or any kind of petition made by the user through any of the forms of contact made available to them.

– Sending of the website newsletter.

Criteria for the conservation of data: the data will be maintained as long as there is a mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the treatment, and when this is no longer necessary, they will be eliminated with appropriate security measures to guarantee the pseudonymisation of the data or their total destruction.

Communication of data: The data will not be passed on to third parties, save legal obligation.

Rights of the User:

– Right to withdraw consent at any time.

– Right of access, rectification, portability and suppression of data and limitation or opposition to treatment.

– Right to present a claim before the control authority (agpd.es) if it considers that the treatment fails to adapt to current regulations.

2. COMPULSORY OR VOLUNTARY NATURE OF THE INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE USER

By marking the corresponding boxes and entering the data in the fields marked with an asterisk (*) on the contact form or presented on download forms, Users expressly and freely and unequivocally accept that their data are necessary for the service provided to attend their request, the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary. The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY are true and accepts liability for reporting any amendment thereof.
The RESPONSIBLE ENTITY informs and expressly guarantees users that their personal data will not be conceded to third parties in any case and that whenever any type of personal data concession is made, they will previously be asked for their express, informed and unequivocal consent. All data provided via the website are mandatory, as they are necessary for giving Users an optimal service. If all of the data are not provided, it is not guaranteed that information and services provided might adapt immediately to their needs.

3. SECURITY MEASURES

In conformity with the provisions of current regulations concerning the protection of personal data, the RESPONSIBLE ENTITY fulfils all provisions of the GDPR regulations for the treatment of the personal data under their responsibility, and manifestly the principles described in article 5 of the GDPR, by which they are treated licitly, loyally and transparently in relation to the party concerned, and adequately, pertinently and limited to what is necessary in relation to the purposes for which they are treated.
The RESPONSIBLE ENTITY guarantees that it has implemented all appropriate organisational and technical policies to apply the security measures established by the GDPR in order to protect the rights and freedoms of the Users and has given adequate information for them to exercise them.
